Wave House San Blas is the tallest apartment tower in Surf City, fronting the Pacific at Playa San Blas, La Libertad. Narváez Hinds is the tower's structural and post-tensioning engineer, for developer Live The Dream Development with architecture by Elastica Studio. The structure uses special concrete moment-resisting frames in both directions and post-tensioned slabs, designed to ASCE 7-22 and the latest El Salvador seismic-hazard study (ACI 318-19), achieving open floor plans and cantilevers up to 5 m.
