Art Haus is an 18-level mixed-use tower (apartments over a commercial and parking podium) in Colonia San Benito, San Salvador. As the post-tensioning specialty subcontractor, we supplied, installed, tensioned and supervised the tower's post-tensioned slab system: 17 post-tensioned slabs plus one solid slab, with more than 30,000 m² of post-tensioned slab placed by crews certified by the Post-Tensioning Institute (PTI).
