Corporate tower with shear walls, concrete frames and post-tensioned slabs; cantilevers up to 5 m.
Before design, a geophysical survey set the site class (ASCE 7) and characterized the strata. The structure combines shear walls and reinforced-concrete frames with post-tensioned slabs and beams; post-tensioning enabled cantilevers up to 5 m. Beyond design and supervision, we supplied and installed the post-tensioning system from Basement 1 to the roof.
