Cervecería Salvadoreña is a new industrial production plant in Ciudad Arce, La Libertad, with more than 100,000 m² of infrastructure. Narváez Hinds carried out the geophysical studies for site classification, the structural design and the structural supervision, taking part from the initial phases through to completion. The plant consolidates production of the Suprema and Regia brands.
Rocket Plant is a ~8,643 m² steel-framed industrial warehouse in Ciudad Arce, La Libertad, running 180 m in length with two shoulder-height zones (10 m and 14 m). Narváez Hinds carried out the structural design and the construction supervision. The structure is resolved with ordinary moment-resisting frames and bolted connections in haunched sections.
