Garden Tower Parking Structures

Post-tensioned flat-slab parking buildings for Grupo Roble's Garden Towers residential complex.

Garden Towers is a Grupo Roble vertical residential complex in San Marcos, San Salvador, with four nine-level towers and 576 apartments. Narváez Hinds's scope covers the complex's parking buildings: participation in the structural design plus supply, installation and tensioning of the entire post-tensioning system, with site supervision and technical verification of the tensioning process. The system uses post-tensioned flat slabs with capitals, allowing longer clear spans, beamless slabs and lower floor-to-floor heights; more than 6,000 m² of post-tensioning was installed across two parking levels.
