A 10-level residential tower of 80 apartments in colonia Centroamérica, San Salvador, developed by Grupo Arquero. Narváez Hinds took part in the project's structural development, contributing the structural design and post-tensioning installation along with on-site coordination. The seismic-resisting system is based on reinforced-concrete shear walls (designed to ASCE 7-22 and ACI 318-19); the parking structure uses a one-way post-tensioned slab to achieve 16 m clear spans between columns.
