Horizon One is a mixed-use mega-tower in San Benito (Bulevar del Hipódromo), San Salvador, developed by Multi Inversiones One and set to be the tallest building in Central America outside Panama. Narváez Hinds leads the structural design in partnership with KPFF—one of the largest structural engineering firms in the United States—the first design collaboration between the two firms. The program contemplates on the order of 48–50 levels and over 150 m in height (in active design; figures TBC).
