ARELA is the tallest residential tower in El Salvador, a 130 m reinforced and post-tensioned concrete structure in Colonia San Benito (Zona Rosa), San Salvador. Narváez Hinds is the tower's structural designer, for developer Calidad Inmobiliaria with architecture by Carazo Arquitectura. The design carries more than 26,500 m² of post-tensioned slab; supply and installation of the post-tensioning is a proposal in preparation (prospective stage). Construction began in 2025 with delivery projected around 2029.
