Torre Aria (Aria Escalón) is a 12-level residential tower in Colonia Escalón, San Salvador, developed under Desarrolladora Lunker's Aria brand. We carried out the complete structural design and also supplied, installed, tensioned and supervised the post-tensioning system, placing more than 15,000 m² of post-tensioned slabs. The structure combines special concrete moment frames and shear walls with post-tensioned slabs that allow wider clear spans and beamless cantilevered terraces, designed to ACI 318-19.
